P Diamond Contracts helped me to plan and co-ordinate the application of a two stage project involving the application for two new three bedroom semi’s and the conversion/division of a large house into two semi-detached properties on the same site.
They liaised with the architects and all relevant authorities throughout the project keeping a tight rein on timeline and budget.
Despite a few setbacks all the properties were finished on time and to a very high standard. I am delighted to report all properties are now let to very satisfied tenants.
As these properties were turnkey and for the Let market, I was particularly pleased with Philip Diamond who personally remained involved up to and including the tenants moving in, in order that all appliances/services could be tested.
